Overview

Kelly Formwork have been appointed as subcontractor to deliver the secondary lining works as part of the Thames Tideway project. Working with Tunnel Formwork Designers and Manufacturers Kern Tunneltech, the six number sections are 12m long, 7m diameter sections are being lowered down the shaft and constructed over the forthcoming weeks. Once joined together, the tunnel formwork will be over 70m in length and travel more than 6km under the Thames.
