Works comprised the labour supply to build the 95-metre, 29-floor reinforced concrete frame structures known as the “lipstick”. Parked on the Portsmouth skyline, the building was primarily residential, containing 141 apartments, studios, and one, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses.
