Kelly Formwork have recently been awarded the FRC packages with new client Volker Fitzpatrick Balfour Beatty JV. The works due to start in Jan 2026 form the FRC elements to both the M3 and A34 underpasses, as part of the M3 Junction 9 improvement Scheme for National Highways.
