We aim to strengthen small local business ties by sourcing labour, equipment, and materials from the community whenever possible, and we will maintain our advocacy for community involvement and volunteering initiatives.

Fostering Education

In collaboration with Constructionarium, we provide an immersive construction experience designed for students and professionals. Participants are involved in creating scaled-down versions of bridges, buildings, dams, and various civil engineering projects from different parts of the world.

This initiative seeks to connect educational institutions with the industry, allowing students to utilise their knowledge in a practical, safe, and relevant environment.

Giving Back

As part of our Kelly Heroes Initiative, we consistently recognise the hard work of our employees on-site by providing them with gift vouchers.

Additionally, we support local shelters and engage in volunteering activities, as well as participating in community family days with our clients.
